YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Please phone 3188 4115 in advance to advise staff should you have any of the known symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to a case or hot spot.

• We kindly ask you arrive at your scheduled appointment time to limit numbers within reception. Appointment start times are staggered to manage numbers on site and to allow physical distancing within our space.

• Use hand sanitiser upon entry.

• Any instruction given by staff in relation to protocols are for the protection of all within our clinic and by extension ,to our community.
  We thank you for making our space safe.
